VISIT-R felt is composed of a nonwoven polyester fiber, impregnated with synthetic resins in water in order to make it compact and wear resistant over time, coupled with a high-quality hot-melt adhesive. The thickness is 1,5 mm (+/- 0,2 mm) and the weight is 250 gr/m2 (+/- 10%). Available in various sizes.

Adhesive and non-adhesive wool felts have peculiar characteristics that allow them to meet numerous needs in the industrial field, with uses ranging from the mechanical world to the steel industry, from textiles to electronics, from food to chemicals, from furnishings (as chair leg pads, for example) to the decor sector. Wool felts are used for lubricating and filtering solids, liquids or gases; grinding, polishing and cleaning; insulating, sealing and coating. They are mainly use for the creation of gaskets.

It is a white ecrù wool felt that weighs 500 gr/m2. It is useful for polishing metals and it is also used from matress and bed industries as a protection between the suspension and the stuffing or as reinforcement of the matress. Another use is for technical applications for each industry, such as construction and automotive. The material is composed of 100% of clean carbonized wool. The thickness ranges from 2 mm to 40 mm and it is supplied on rolls with height from 1700 mm to 1900 mm.

"It is a white ecrù very compact felt, that weighs 600 gr/m2. It is very requested from each inustry, such as construction and automotive to insulate, seal and cover. The material is composed of 100% clarbonized merino wool, so its main feature is to be very rubbing resistant. One example of its uses is as exercise bike disc brake. The thickness ranges from 3 mm to 40 mm and it is supplied in sheets of 1000x1200 mm."

It is a white wool felt that weighs 220 gr/m2. It is resistant to high temperatures, as it has been treated and made fireproof with resistance comparable to M1 class. It is very used in the naval and railway sectors, for example to insulate the various train compratments. It is composed of 35-40% wool /viscose and it is supplied on rolls with height of 900 mm.

Self adhesive and non-adhesive Mussit EPDM is a multi-purpose product: manufacturing industries use it as as gaskets; it is used as anti-condensation material in the field of air-conditioning and refrigeration, as a seal against air, dust, water and noise in the construction. Furniture industries use it as anti-scratch, anti-vibration and anti-slip material. Mussit Epdm is a closed cell polymer made of EPDM foam rubber mixed with Eva, waterproof, rot proof, non-toxic, available in black or white.

Lightness, resistance to aging, the extremely low hygroscopic absorption and good chemical inertness just to list some of the features of POLYETHYLENE Mousse. It can be coupled with the adhesive, it’s economical and easy to work with. It is mainly used in the making seals to insulate air, dust, water, sound and noise ; for frost and condensation insulation and to prevent heat loss in heating pipes; as packaging material. Mussit Polyethylene is a cross-linked, fully closed-cell, waterproof and rot-proof, non-toxic foam.

The PVC Mousse is a gasket in expanded pvc, cell completely closed. waterproof, non rotting and non toxic material. It is used as anti-condensation material in the field of air-conditioning and refrigeration, as a seal against air, dust, water and noise in the construction. Performs well steam and water ( after compression) sealing applications. The coibentation with this product reduces conduction thermal losses.

POLYURETHANE Mousse is a half-closed cell foam made of polyester and polyurethane, with no additives such as lead, chromium, cadmium and mercury; no brominated flameretardants are intentionally introduced. It can be glued, it offers excellent performances in terms of elasticity, compression set, oil resistance and aging.

Unlike polyethylene, NYLON has a denser composition and is therefore more resistant to abrasion. NYLON is characterised by hardness, high elastic recovery and excellent wear resistance. It is always ideal for making objects slide on different surfaces without scratching; it can be adhesive for obtaining a secure and resilient fixing; it can be cut into rolls and strips, or sheared to obtain gaskets, washers, spacers, under-chair sliders.

Compared with polyethylene and nylon, PTFE has greater sliding and sealing properties. It has excellent temperature resistance, over 200 degrees, excellent electrical qualities and the lowest coefficient of friction among plastics. Transparent adhesive POLYURETHANE is a material with a rubbery consistency, ideal for application on different types of surface, such as glass, metal, wood and plastics. Its composition enables a secure grip, suitable for making gaskets, with anti-slip functions, spacers, limit switches, and shockproof and anti-vibration components. It has a long-lasting high-strength adhesive that grants excellent resistance performance to abrasion, laceration, aging and to the action pf ultraviolet rays.

Like polyurethane, EVA is ideal for blocking objects on different types of surface; the rubbery composition allows a secure grip with materials such as glass, metal, plastics, aluminium; it is suitable for making gaskets, spacers, end stops, shock absorbers and vibration dampers. EVA can be without adhesive, or coupled with a high resilience and long-lasting adhesive transfer.

ABS is a high quality thermoplastic, very ductile and easy to work with. It is suitable for processes such as: facing, trimming, rounding and bending. ABS is very stiff on the surface; it has got a high resistance to collision, abrasion and traction. It is also a plastic material that can be printed and glued.

Our double-sided adhesive tape, SPECIFIC FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES, consists of a non woven support, coated with a light and ageing resistance pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. It is charachterized by its very high adhesive, high tack and splice efficiency, high shear resistance, good heat resistance and high repulsion resistance.

TRANSFER double-sided adhesive tape consists of a modified acrylic adhesive that is pressure sensitive. It is meant to be a generic fixing tape where a particular adhesive strength is required on surfaces with low surface energy. It is characterized by strong adhesiveness on materials that are difficult to adhere to, having strong resistance against repulsion and a wide temperature range for use, up to 175°C (350°F)°.

FOAM doble-sided adhesive tape in thickness 0,8 mm is made of a white polyethylene foam at closed cells, waterproof, with an elaborate adhesive spread on both sides, made of synthetic caoutchouc, pressure sensitive, offers long lasting results. Resistant to water and to detergents. It is not recommended with aliphatic and aromatic solvents.

The removable double-sided adhesive tape is easily removed, without leaving traces. It can be coated with various materials, such as felt and foam material. It can be used in different fields of application, especially in the removals/warehouses sector, for packaging in general. Available in a basic version or for more delicate surfaces, such as glass and mirrors. It is made of acrylic, with a thickness of 0.15 mm.

Soft and resistant at the same time, the non-slip mats are ideal for covering shelves or inside the drawers, they prevent objects from slipping and guarantee protection against impact, damage and dirt. Italfeltri anti-slip mats are characterized by their high anti-slip capacity, a functional surface and ease of being cleaned. The non-slip mats can be cleaned with normal products on the market, they dry and you put them back in their place again. Even after several cleaning cycles, the mats retain their non-slip quality.

Disponiamo anche di una pressa di stampaggio BICOMPONENTE, ovvero lo stampaggio di un particolare, composto da due materiali plastici oppure da 2 colori differenti.
